What the hell happened here? Ripped in half TWICE, chunks missing, missing the right perforated edge and the top/bottom corners… into a total of four pieces, not including the missing parts.
Let’s take it out of the plastic enclosure and look at the back of it.
There’s some inky crap smeared on it! The tape renders the perforated edges useless. At least my PIN wasn’t on one of the chunks that disappeared.
Oh well. It could’ve been worse.

Wow, that’s not pretty. How long did it take to get from one place to another (with a stop for mangling)?

For some reason, I was sent two copies of it… a good mistake made on someone’s part. It took the mangled one an extra two days to reach me than its non-mangled twin.
